Job Title – Executive – Operations

Position Purpose:

The Travel Consultant is first-line of contact between Travstore & its customers. The basic job profile includes client servicing, understanding the requirement of the client, giving accurate and innovate solutions through quotes & getting revenues for the company. Prime customers of Travstore are travel agents.  The role is responsible for the entire life cycle of the booking received from conformation to execution.

Key Deliverables:

• Understanding & analyzing the client requirements
• Educating Travel Agents about new product development
• Effective client servicing
• Coordinating with multiple departments to process bookings at various stages
• Accurately sending quotation to the agents in stipulated time frame
• Persuading Agents to close the sales & bring revenue
• Customer relationship management to attract repeat business
• Making sure there is smooth flow of events during customer purchase cycle
• Make sure all process are followed as per SOP
• Work along with different teams in organization to close sales fast
