Vietnam’s largest golf tour operator is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all day-to-day financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. You will be responsible for assessing and reporting financial performance as well as possible risks and investments. This position reports to the Vietnam Country General Manager and is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Duties:

1. Manage day-to-day finance and accounting work and team including cash flow accounts payable, and accounts receivable

2. Prepare financial reports and drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing performance and risks

3. Maintain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems

4. Manage and oversee the company’s finance system

5. Oversee all audit and internal control operations

6. Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis

7. Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to Country Manager

8. Ensure adherence to financial, tax, and HR laws and guidelines

Experience required:

1. Proven experience as Finance Manager or similar role

2. In-depth knowledge of finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices

3. Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting

4. Proficient in the use of financial management software

5. An analytical mind with a strategic ability

6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

8. Degree in accounting, finance or relevant field

Salary & benefits:

1. Approximately US3,000 per month depending on experience

2. Annual bonus, annual leave, health insurance, and travel allowances
