German-Speaking Customer Service Advisor – £22-£25K (negotiable depending on experience)

This well-established and widely known company are looking for an individual who has experience within Customer Service but is looking for more responsibilities and to further their knowledge within the industry.

Your role would be to look after their German-Speaking clients ensuring that their requirements are operated smoothly and in a timely fashion, be able to develop relationships with overseas clients – conducting meetings and visiting those clients when required. It is such an exciting opportunity and could open the doors to further career development as you will be given the opportunity to support the operations department, help in contracting hotels/ancillaries and process bookings when required.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Ensure that client group operations requirements for the department operate smoothly and in a timely fashion
• Fully utilise companies in-house system to generate all client and supplier communications, also ensuring that the confirmed proposal is accurately reflected
• Develop relationships with overseas clients, meeting/visiting clients when required
• Attending Trade Shows
• Responsible for operating the departments 24 hour emergency phone (rotation basis)

Customer Service Essential Requirements:

• Good computer literacy (especially Microsoft)
• Excellent knowledge of UK-Wide Tourism Industry
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Experience in Customer Service (Travel Industry)
