German Speaking Travel consultant

German Speaking Travel consultant required for a well-respected high class Travel company based in Manchester.

Renowned for their first-class customer service you will join the sales and service team to answer incoming calls for Holiday Bookings, deliver excellent service to aftersales customers dealing with enquiries and queries in both German and English.

German Speaking Travel consultant Responsibilities:

• Deal with incoming booking calls and emails from German and English customers
• Resolve aftersales queries and all related administration tasks.
• Build an excellent working knowledge of the company’s product portfolio.

German Speaking Travel consultant – Skills Required:

• Must be fluent in German both written and verbal required
• Previous customer service experience is essential with a desire to provide exceptional service
• Ability to manage own workload with great attention to detail
• A desire to learn and want to expand your knowledge further
• Experience using a GDS system ( Galileo, Amadeus or Sabre) is an advantage but not necessary as training can be given

German Speaking Travel Consultant – Additional Information:

• • Salary £21-23k
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm
  • Home based working is available for this position, however there is a need for meetings in Manchester to be attended as part of this role, so please bear this commute in mind before applying.
