Client sales and Account management individual required for a leading Travel company based in Cheshire. Salary circa £19,000 with flexible homeworking opportunities after the probationary period.

Client Sales and Account management Role and responsibilities:

• Take Warm inbound calls from prospecting clients.
• Be a champion on the companies Point of sale and deliver to client over the phone or by email.
• Register client, making sure all quality checks are adhered to.
• Provide excellent knowledge of the company’s brand and selling points.
• Account manage client, providing excellent customer service.

Client Sales and Account management skills Required:

• Previous experience in a sales or account manager role
• Or perhaps you have call centre sales experience dealing with clients and accounts.
• Alternatively, you may have Travel industry experience having dealt with regular clients from either a tour operator background or travel agency.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must, with an enthusiastic manner.

Other info:

• This role does require some weekend work (on average 1 in 3) However you will be rewarded financially for this.
• This role is primarily office based, but Flexi homeworking will be considered after your probationary period
• This role would someone wanting to take the next step from Sales consultant, Travel consultant or an Account Manager with an interest in Travel.
