German Speaking Travel Consultant – A well respected and established travel company are looking for a German Speaking Travel Consultant to join their expanding team based in Manchester either office based or hybrid working . As a German Speaking Travel Consultant, you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from German & English customers. This role offers a basic salary of 24k plus bonus and will be working Mon-Fri 9am-5.30pm

German Speaking Travel Consultant – Responsibilities:

• • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from German & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
  • Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the holidays

German Speaking Travel Consultant – Skills Required:

• • Bilingual German / English verbal & written required.
  • Experience in the travel sector preferred but not essential
  • Customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using a GDS Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre would be an advantage
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the company’s success and growth.
