Job Description

German Speaking Travel Customer Service Executive
A well respected travel company are looking for a German Speaking Customer Services Executive to join their expanding team. This company are renowned for the high quality of their product range and for personalised top class customer service. As a German Speaking Customer Services Executive you will be joining the sales and service team to respond to incoming enquiries from German & English customers.

German Speaking Travel Customer Service Executive – Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails from German & English customers wishing to make a booking or from existing customers with queries.
  • Resolve issues in a customer friendly, calm and effective manner.
  • Handle all related administrative tasks.
  • Build and maintain knowledge of the holidays offered and the areas in which they are located.

German Speaking Travel Customer Service Executive – Skills Required:

  • Bilingual German / English verbal & written required.
  • Experience in the travel sector preferred but not essential
  • Customer service experience with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Strong administrative skills with an ability to manage own workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience using a GDS Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre would be an advantage
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to learn new skills and assist in the company’s success and growth.

German Speaking Travel Customer Service Executive – Additional Information:

  • Salary £21-23k
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 to 5.30pm
  • This is a home based role but access to their Manchester office will be necessary for meetings
