Global Fares L&D Specialist – Are you an expert in Fares and Ticketing and want to train and pass on your knowledge onto others? If so, this well established business travel company are looking for you. Hybrid set up with their London office.

Global Fares L&D Specialist, Responsibilities:
– Focus on the delivery of coaching and training on airline fares across the business.
– To be the expert in all things Fares, including international fares
– Working alongside their Commercial Manager to identify airline contracts where fares are either could be maximised better or are uncompetitive
– Using a mix of learning approaches in your design and delivery of learning experiences, including face-to-face, digital, social collaborative and coaching.
– Collaborate with the talent development team on training design to ensure consistency across content delivery.

Global Fare L&D Specialist, Skills Required:
– An expert in International fares and ticketing is essential.
– Expert knowledge on airline contracts and fare construction
– Background either from corporate travel, airline or other travel related sectors
– GDS experience, ideally Sabre
– Strong organisation skills – able to plan, co-ordinate and organise efficiently
– Previous L&D / Training experience an advantage

Additional Information:
– Very flexible hybrid set up with their London offices
– Working hours Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30, but flexibility around these hours is required.
