The opportunity: We currently have an exciting opportunity in Bangkok, Thailand for the role of Group Sustainability Manager. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of a sustainability strategy across the dnata DMC network (comprised of 11 countries in Asia and Dubai). This includes leading and collaborating with each destination to guide them through the certification process with our sustainability certification partner. You will also be responsible for driving in-destination Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, reporting to management on progress and future projects.

This is a key management role that will help shape the future of Destination Asia and our other DMC partners, whilst growing the brand and its employees’ to their full potential.

Who you are:  You are passionate about sustainability and experienced in directing responsible operations within a commercial environment. You have a passion for motivating teams to achieve company goals and driving sustainable initiatives throughout the supply chain. You are highly organised, pro-active, flexible and just as comfortable communicating with the management team as with our partners. You have a strong work ethic with a real commitment to continuous improvement. You have excellent written and oral communication skills (English), and a passion for travel.

Requirements:
Degree or Honours.
Sustainability/Environmental Studies professional experience of 3+ years.
