Job Description

Major responsibilities:

  • Plan and act accordingly to achieve the quality performance level required by the Oriental standard as per FLHS&S Procedures and HACCP system.
  • Review and improve the quality system according to the development of new technology, methodology and Business trends by bringing together staff from different disciplines. Drive the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures.
  • Supervise reporting technical staff in carrying out tests and checks.
  • Actively promote a Health & Safety culture and identify areas for continuous improvement and training needs.
  • To coordinate between chef, outlet manager and Micros station users to ensure that the system operates smoothly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Hospitality Management or other related fields.
  • 5 years experience in data analysis in Hospitality Industry or business related profiles.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Micros & Fidelio and Microsoft Excel.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English.
  • Good interpersonal relationship with positive attitude.
  • Hard-working and able to work under pressure .
