The opportunity: As Head of Business Development (Thailand) you will grow new and existing Leisure client relationships and sales. In this newly created position, you will be the first point of contact for our clients across multiple source markets, building these relationships to maximise leisure sales for Thailand.
Working closely with the General Manager (Thailand) and the Global Director of Sales, you will build and execute a leisure focused sales plan. You will generate new business leads, and convert into sales for revenue growth, profitability and market share within the leisure sector in Thailand. You will retain and grow market share by building strong relationships across the globe with clients and partners. Who you are: You are an experienced sales person with at least 10 years of experience within the travel and hospitality sector. You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Your knowledge of the leisure business is second to none. Your track record shows you are more than capable of building relationships and partnerships with clients and converting those into sales . You also have a proven capability to organise, distribute and complete work within a multinational and multicultural environment. Previous experience working in Thailand and knowledge of Thai product is desirable.
