Job Description

Head of Customer Success and Brand Development, Travel Media, London/Hybrid. We are delighted to be working in partnership with this digital, print and events business in the travel industry (B2B & B2C) to find an entrepreneurial individual that will be responsible for delivering marketing and promotional activity across a range of channels.

Head of Customer Success and Brand Development Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading a small team of 3 and working closely with the commercial teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions that meet their client objectives, also proving in-depth analytics on partner performance. You’ll develop and execute digital marketing plans and develop new campaigns/channels to reach mutual goals. You’ll work with senior management to develop new partnerships and propose additional activities to increase performance for the partners as well as increasing revenue for the business.
The role will also take ownership of the companies numerous brands, ensuring they speak with consistent tone and messaging across various media, delivering clarity of proposition.

You will take the lead in building a first-class data strategy, utilising tools to collect data to use for subsequent targeting opportunities.

Head of Customer Success and Brand Development Skills Required

  • A track record of delivering innovative and successful digital marketing campaigns e.g. digital advertising, social media, email marketing, partnerships.
  • Experience identifying and segmenting target audiences and creating campaigns that engage, inform and motivate their behaviours.
  • Experience using analytic tools to monitor performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Experience with A/B and Multivariate tests with a broad understanding of web design/UX
  • Experience in brand development
  • A strong grasp of data management and database use
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • A competitive basic salary dependant on experience, to be discussed on application.
  • Additional bonus incentive linked to objectives/performance.
  • Hybrid working (3 days in London with option to work remotely 2 days per week)
