- Provide a wide range of administrative and clerical support to daily HR routines
- Perform general office duties such as typing, filing, handling inquiries and sorting
- Computer-related records
- Support in the recruitment process and reference check
- Provide logistical support for internal training courses
- Provide technical support during the training session (video & photo shooting)
- Prepare training material eg: PowerPoint, Video, Newsletter, Poster
- Update Training Record and monthly report
- Involve in CSR projects
Cantonese is a must.
Other languages are considered a plus.
