- Ensure accurate and efficient running of Front Desk
- Respond to Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Understand thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties
- Maximize room occupancy and use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities
- Arrange amenities for guests who are arriving tomorrow, celebrate birthday, anniversary and honeymoon
- VIP Google: print VIP arrival report for tomorrow and go through all guests, make a VIP information sheet and sent to all departments
- Lobby Ambassador: standing in the lobby and welcome our guests, management the queue and help with luggage assistant
- Checking in guests during peak hours to ease traffic and assist colleagues
- Provide general information about the room, hotel facilities, and provide assistance for restaurant reservations
English is a must.
Other languages are considered a plus.
