Job Description

IT Manager – London/Hybrid – Travel Industry. An excellent opportunity to join this independent travel company where you will report directly in to the Managing Director and be responsible for the companies information technology function, computer systems, network and connectivity. You will also have ownership of IT risk, security and compliance.

IT Manager Responsibilities

  • Monitor, control and support IT systems and platforms
  • Manage information security and assurance, ensuring Cyber Essentials, IASME and PCI DSS compliance
  • Testing, troubleshooting and adjusting IT systems to operate effectively
  • Manage IT Budget
  • Manage third-party risk programme, supplier due diligence and solution assessments
  • Manage the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
  • Keep abreast of the latest information, cyber security and data protection trends and threats

IT Manager Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of security technologies and industry standards such as Cyber Essentials, IASME and PCI DSS
  • Knowledge of data protection and GDPR compliance
  • A good understanding of the companies applications such as Amadeus, Cytric, Umbrella, Midoco, Office 365, Virtual Payment
  • Knowledge of inbound and outbound feeds such as API, Web Services and SFTP
  • Proactive problem solving and communication skills
  • Information security qualification

IT Manager Additional Details

A salary in the region of £45,000 per annum depending on experience
Hybrid working out of a Central London office
