We are seeking an individual who has a passion for immersing themselves in the operation and working closely with our teams to enhance their capabilities and knowledge and to guide and support our host’s in their career development through a creative and fun approach to learning.

Ideally, you will have had a minimum of 2 years previous experience as a Training Manager or Learning & Development Manager within a luxury resort, hotel or cruise ship, but we are also open to looking at applicants from ‘outside the hospitality box’ who have been exposed to other creative and innovative learning cultures.
