Luxury Travel Sales Manager required for this beautiful, family owned travel company who find luxurious, high end villa rentals all over the world for their prestigious client base. Ideally you will be London based but will have the flexibility to work both in the office and from home on a hybrid basis. Paying up to £45,000 for the right candidate.

Luxury Travel Sales Manager Skills Required:

• Training, managing and potentially helping with recruitment for a small reservations team for this small villa rental agency
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets
• Liaising and reporting to the senior management team on team performance/targets
• Assisting MDs with a sales plan to expands company’s customer base
• Identifying new product, new destinations and analysing competitors
• Assisting with new experiences and concierge services in destinations

Luxury Travel Sales Manager – What do you look like?

• Ideally you will be from a luxury villa background, if not luxury travel sales
• Experienced in managing a team OR looking to take that next step in your career
• You will have a strong, proven record in achieving sales targets
• Get the best out of your team, always being supportive and encouraging
• Organised and commercially astute
