We seek a hands-on, creative person to plan and execute effective marketing plans for each of the companies that are part of the YAANA Ventures family of brands. We have a small and growing, dedicated team of specialist executives, with the skills to efficiently contribute to effective, result-oriented marketing of our businesses. We complement our in-house team with trusted external resources for design, web development, branding firms, PR, etc. Furthermore, each business contributes with their own resources with content, social media activity and more. Key Job Responsibilities The Marketing Manager develops strategies and tactics to drive relevant business to YAANA Ventures’ brands, which include, but are not limited to:
- Co-create annual marketing plans and manage budgets allocated for each brand
- Lead and grow a small team of in-house marketing executives, including tech support, editors, design and social media experts
- Manage marketing campaigns, including in-print advertisements, tradeshows, all forms of collateral, Facebook and Google Adword campaigns, from ideation to execution
- Manage brand websites and periodically lead re-design process with outsourced web design companies
- Set and report on measurable marketing goals through regular reporting on data and metrics
- Manage and partner with external resources, agencies and vendors
- Supplement direct brand and product messages with relevant third-party sources, such as trade and sustainability organizations and reliable news sources, to accentuate strategy
- Manage marketing calendars
- Lead efforts to apply for and garner relevant and noteworthy industry awards

- Thai National
- Masters degree in Communications, Marketing or related field
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
- Solid knowledge of website and social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
- Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively
- Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

- Full time position, 40 hours per week
- Based at the YAANA Ventures office, Nonthaburi (close to the Purple MRT line)
- Regular travel to YAANA Ventures project (count on a trip once a quarter)
