Job overview:

Assist in the development and deployment of marketing and communications strategies and initiatives at the property level. Execute and participate in promotional and marketing efforts. Support the development and maintenance the hotels’ marketing contents, collaterals, communications, partnerships, co-marketing to promote the hotels in a unique and varied role. Handle media visits and enquires, site tours, oversee filming and photo shoot activity as it relates to marketing and communications.

Key criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing in communications
• Strong in writing and content (Vietnamese & English)
• Having experience in social media management, Facebook ads, working with influencers
• Ability to coordinate effectively between different departments
• Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage

Main responsibilities:

• Content creating and managing the property’s social media channels
• Advertising – media planning and buying, brainstorm for advertisement design & copywriting
• Branding – to ensure the Hotel is in line with latest brand standards and guidelines
• Corporate/Internal Communications – to ensure the Hotel’s media kit is current and to assist in maintaining the Hotel’s communication platforms, including but not limited to proof-reading and translations
• Promotions –  Develop and implement marketing plans
• Planning and organizing different events on spot
• Media Relations – to update and maintain media base, manage and conduct media interviews, draft press releases, conduct proactive and reactive pitching, keep up-to-date with latest trends and industry news
• Customer Retention Management – to maintain and monitor Hotel database for e-marketing activities
• Reports – to prepare monthly reports for management’s review
• Other related duties as assigned
