Continuously renew and renovate our products and services to meeting changing expectations.
Research for new products to meet new market trends.
Overseeing the development of new itineraries and costing of all itineraries.
Evaluate and improve existing products to optimize sales, profits and guest satisfaction
Ensure that all products and trips have Standard Operating Procedures and all trips have comprehensive, standardized trip notes
Monitor and regularly audit products to ensure compliance with ITC’s health, safety and responsible tourism standards
Formulate and implement product development strategy: research, develop, forecast and implement new products in Thailand
Gather cost information and assist in the pricing of existing and new products
Production of trade and consumer brochures, newsletter, flyers, etc.
Creation and managing of tariffs for tours, transfers and packages with rates and full description
Input and update all information (costs, rates, etc.) in the system for internal and external output
Contracting and negotiating for suppliers’ contract
Conduct proper and logical filing system for easy access and usage
Maintain awareness and carry out regular analysis of general product developments and travel trends in South-East Asia

Establish and implement a business strategy for operational products and services with the aim of achieving agreed growth targets, holding full P&L responsibility
Proactively driving business development activities, securing sales and negotiating contracts in order to achieve the anticipated growth and profitability objectives.
Manage the existing portfolio of excursions, transfers and further local sales activities with a view to greatly enhancing sales
Implement new strategies for the excursions and transfers divisions
Monitor quality of all operational activities provided to ITC guests in destination aiming utmost service delivery and ensure compliance with service, health & safety procedures required by tour operators.
Deliver both commercial and operational excellence by incorporating initiatives and requirements to ensure local success.
Developing all products, programs and services for the operations department.
Ensure activities comply with the organizational requirements for quality.
Ensure quality control of all output pertaining to ITC customers.
