GCS Recruitment is growing and is seeking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to join the team. The main duties but not limited to are:
Partnering with Clients to determine staffing requirements
Developing and executing recruitment plans
Analyzing vacant opportunities and creating job descriptions
Screening and sourcing of CVs
Setting up and attending meetings and interviews
Handling administrative duties
Maintaining a regular contact with both candidates & clients
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing candidates, analysing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
Focusing mostly on accounting and finance recruitment opportunities
Requirements & Skills:
Previous experience and/or related education background would be considered as an asset
Knowledge of employment law & market salaries would be considered as an asset
Excellent command of the English language
Great communication skills; both written and verbal
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Highly organised with strong time management skills
Great team player
The chosen candidate will be offered a very attractive salary package with un-capped commission structure. Also, apart from the in-house training, we offer external training as we prioritize the individual’s growth!
