Job Description

Responsibilities:

Check all request each day by e-mail.
Converse with customers/agents via emails to determine destination, mode of transportation, travel dates, financial considerations and accommodations required.
Preparation of documents such as group quotation, vouchers, itineraries, credit card information, etc.
Make booking reservation to the customer, contact suppliers for hotel bookings quickly and efficiently.
Willingness to solve customer problems and follow up after-sales service.

Qualifications:

Aged between 22 – 30 years old, Thai nationality.
Minimum 1-2 years experience (Experience in travel business will be a plus.)
Service-minded, knows how to treat customers right.
Good attitude and personality
Proactive and able to work under pressure
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Good command of English Or Chinese
Knowledge and experience in Tourism and Travel Agencies is a plus.
