Responsible for leasing the rental area of the residential places Condos and Villas, able to do the assigned tasks to achieve the company designated target.
Acquisition of new property source for sale and rent.
Maintain good relationship with home owners, Guest and Property agents.
Develop new real estate project and make agency relationship with real estate developers.
Analyze data for use in acquiring product.

Required Qualifications

Thai nationality
Bachelor’s Degree in any field
Age between 25 – 30
At least 1-3 year experience in sales or leasing, experienced in real estate rental services will be a plus
Fast learner and have an interest in real estate business
Skilled in coordination and negotiation
Very active and good personality
Able to work 5 days per week
Good command in English or Chinese
