Summary of Job Purpose

Reporting to the Travel Designer, to be part of the support team preparing quotations and bookings ensuring a swift turnaround time, engaging and competitive quotations that match the client’s requests, increasing quote materialisations and sales turnover.  Working closely with the Travel Designer to ensure the company KPI’s and results are achieved/exceeded.

Job Specification/Qualification

• Bachelor degree in any related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in the travel and/or hotel industry.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Computer literate, Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Must be a good team player with strong communication skills.
• Be able to work under pressure
