Retail Branch Manager – Up to £25K

What an exciting time to join this well-established company as they embark on a period of accelerated growth and expansion. This award-winning company are currently seeking an enthusiastic and passionate retail manager who is hungry for success and experienced in the travel industry.

You will be responsible for leading your team to success with full support from a dedicated Regional Sales Manager. Your main focuses will be delivering an outstanding customer service, taking full leadership of your store and growing business in your local area. They are also looking for you to mentor your team with their own development and success.

The successful candidate will be offered a basic of up to £25K great incentives and bonus schemes as well as, educational trips and staff discounts. Retail Manager Responsibilities:

• Delivering results, including driving individual and store targets
• Inspire, motivate and mentor your team helping them flourish and reach their potential
• Bring new ideas to the table for business growth e.g. building relationships with local businesses, in-store events etc.
• Lead exceptional customer service and have a real passion for people
• Be responsible for ensuring key business messages and decision are clearly communicated

Retail Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience managing a retail travel agency (team leader or assistant manager may be considered)
• Genuine passion for travel and a thirst to enhance your own knowledge
• Driven with a proven sales track record – being able to exceed personal targets
• Be able to lead a team, be confident and motivating
• You should be commercially aware, have an eye for details and opportunity
