DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the revenue process, create pricing and yield strategies and tactics to achieve revenue goals.
- Lead the reservations sales team to achieve revenue and service goals according to company guidelines.
- Forecast room revenues, occupancy, and demand by market segment
- Manage room inventory, pricing, and distribution channels.
- Maximize the total revenue turnover of the hotels according to the AccorHotels RM guidelines aiming to RGI and GOP optimization.
- Closely collaborates with the Director of Sales and Marketing on a daily basis for all strategic decisions as well as during key periods as monthly forecast, revenue budget preparation and the resulting business plan.
- Recommendations to change the strategy quickly to react market/demand changes.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
- 3 years of Revenue Management experience required, preferably in luxury or upscale segments.
- Demonstrated analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes with a clear understanding of hotel industry.
- Must have strong decision making and strategic vision skills.
- Possess strong leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
