Safari Operations Executive required for an Illustrious Luxury African Tour Operator who support the conservation of the wildlife, wild lands and native communities at their African destinations. Salary 28K-35K (depending upon you prior experience). Based in London. Hybrid (2 or 3 days in the office)

Safari Operations Executive Responsibilities:

• Management of supplier invoices.
• Meticulous creation of client trip documentation and organisation of their delivery.
• Handle outgoing supplier payments and incoming client payments
• Seamless management of bookings
• Regular liaison and relationship management with suppliers
• Responsible for responding to to client and supplier queries
• Collaborative work with internal departments

Safari Operations Executive Experience Required:

• Experience working in both administrative and service capacities
• Very strong attention to detail
• Impeccable spelling and grammar
• Excellent telephone manner
• Personal Travel experience to Africa – highly desirable
• Travel industry operations/admin/service experience – highly desirable

Safari Operations Executive Additional Information:

• End of year bonus based on company performance
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
• Familiarisation experiential travel to Africa staying in top-end accommodation
