Job Description

Sales and Support Manager – 6 Month Temporary Contract – Expense Management Technology – Canary Wharf. A unique opportunity to build and shape a best in class customer engagement function to drive sales and provide excellent service and support to customers in the B2B travel and expense sectors.

Sales and Support Manager Responsibilities

The role will form part of a dynamic, fast-pace and cross functional team who design, build and manage operational processes that deliver the company vision, meet growth and service targets, response and resolution times as well as SLA and CSAT commitments. There will be a core focus on pre-sales, customer onboarding and level 1 and 2 customer support to ensure high levels of user support satisfaction through ownership of the problem and incident management lifecyle.

Sales and Support Manager Skills Required

 

  • A proven background in sales, pre-sales, customer service, project management and training
  • Expoerience in one or more of the following industries; Business Travel, B2B Finance, payments, business banking or commercial card technology exposure eg Visa, Mastercard, Amex etc.
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advance software skills (MS Office), CRM Salesforce would be an advantage

Sales and Support Manager Package

The role is initally being offered on a 6 month temporary contract with a pay rate in the region of £200-250 per day (depending on experience), on a 40 hour working week, based in Canary Wharf.
