To achieve our ambition we need you to share your skills and fresh ideas, this includes: As Sales Support Manager, you will be accountable for handling the daily operations of the sales support function within the Discover Qatar departments. Oversees the resource allocation and workflow of all support activities including managing the lead generation SLA, CRM, sales reporting and ensuring appropriate governance and reporting of team performance against budgets and campaigns in a timely manner. Key accountabilities:

• Planning the budget distribution based on market size in order to maximize the return on effort
• Aligning with QNTC and QR on source market priorities to leverage the partnerships to generate the best return on these partnerships
• Developing effective initiatives to increase global sales
• Monitors and analyses sales performance of customers, identifying and addressing shortfalls, and formulating solutions within DQ Sales team in order to support the account managers to increase sales

Qualifications

• Relevant College or University qualification to minimum Bachelor’s level
• Minimum 6 years of job related experience
• Experience working in a global DMC or global airline
• Experience managing a high performing team
• Analytical skills to understand sales trends to identify opportunities
