Senior Sales Manager, Business Travel, £50-70k + uncapped bonus, – Aberdeen / Scotland / Remote. A fantastic opportunity to join this highly reputable, top-ten Travel Management Company (TMC) on a remote/field based capacity where you will be responsible for building and converting a pipeline of new corporate customers, mainly in the oil, gas and marine sectors but also finance, law and professional services.

Senior Sales Manager Responsibilities

• In addition to support from an inside sales team, you’ll be responsible for generating leads from a range of sources.
• Carrying our sales activity to build a pipeline of customers.
• Present solution and value led pitches to board level customers and negotiating fee structures.
• Manage RFP bid processes.
• Maintain records of sales and customer activity on Sales Force CRM.

Senior Sales Manager Skills Required

• A highly motivated, self-starter with hunter sales mentality.
• Proven track record within a travel management company preferred but similar industry experience (eg airlines, hotels etc) that has sold in to the oil, gas and marine sectors would also be considered.
• Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting at board level
• Excellent attention to detail.

Senior Sales Manager Additional Details

• A basic salary in the region of £50,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
• Uncapped commission linked to revenue generated from client wins
• Travel expenses from home
• Private Health
• Ideally based in the Aberdeen area but would consider wider Scotland base if able travel to Aberdeen on a regular basis.
