SEO Manager up to Circa £45K – Highly reputable Travel Company are looking for a new SEO Manager to join their Marketing team. Reporting into the Head of Performance Marketing you will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure that the company remain industry-leading in this marketing channel. Salary £40K-45K, dependent upon experience.

SEO Manager Responsibilities:

• Build and implement SEO strategy, using outcomes-based data and campaign goals to measure results
• Utilise strong technical SEO knowledge, without relying on third-parties to diagnose technical issues.
• Use of industry tools such as SEO Monitor, Ahrefs, Sistrix, Google Search Console)
• Construct and manage SEO forecast maintaining clear strategy and data points to measure impact of campaign
• Have a holistic approach – merging content strategy, analytics, outreach to PR and also influencers and be cross functional monitoring and collaborating with other channels
• Effectively communicate SEO work with all levels of the team
• Report on a weekly/monthly basis on SEO performance.
• You will obviously have a passion for SEO and be curious and at the forefront as the digital industry evolves, ensuring your knowledge is never out of date.

SEO Manager Requirements:

• Proven SEO experience in either travel or eCommerce
• Experience in a business with international websites
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, usability and content related elements of a website and how it impacts search visibility: HTML, CSS, JS and its impact on SEO, On-page SEO, Mobile SEO.
• Strong understanding of what happens technically when an e-commerce consumer presses return on a browser
• Understand natural/organic search algorithm principles.
• Excellent communicator both verbally and written and very strong ability to work collaboratively with a large team of contributors.

SEO Manager Additional Information:

• Salary £40K-45K, dependent upon experience
• If candidate is London based role will be hybrid (part home, part office). Candidates further afield may be more remote-based
