Tailor Made Travel Consultant, Hertfordshire – up to 27K basic salary plus excellent commission opportunities in Hertfordshire. This is a role for a hungry, sales-driven travel enthusiast who is looking to work hard for a travel company in a friendly office; you will be rewarded generously for your efforts and the firm will offer you a fantastic opportunity to be an important part of their business moving into the future. Tailor Made Sales Consultant – Responsibilities:

Speaking with key clients on the telephone and email to take on board all of their requirements
Sell high end, high quality tailor-made trips that meet the clients’ (sometimes complex) needs
Provide unparalleled service throughout the booking process
Meeting individual and company targets on a regular basis
Cross-selling where required, always looking to add to the customer’s experience
Confirming reservations and processing documentation

Tailor Made Sales Consultant – Skills and Experience:

Passion for travel
2+ years Travel Industry Sales experience
Background in working with African or Latin American products
Service orientated, and target driven
Experience using a GDS – preferably Amadeus
Confident and engaging manner
Good attention to detail
