Job Description

MISSION

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the  organisation
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resources management

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Ideally suited for candidates looking for the next step in their career from an Assistant T&C/HR Manager Role or a HR Manager role in a smaller Hotel
  • Preferably a minimum of 2-3 years experience working in the position  Assistant Talent & Culture (HR) Manager
  • Dynamic personality with proven leadership skills, Computer literate and strongly in Eagle –HR System
  • Languages: fluent in the national language and English
