Team Leader, Circa 35K plus bonus, Bristol
Are you an experienced travel sales manager with the drive and enthusiasm to lead your team to success. We have an attractive role with an exciting travel company in Bristol. A salary in the region of £35K plus bonuses is on offer for the successful candidate.

Team Leader – Role & Responsibilities:

• Manage the team with a strong service focus and soft but driven sales approach.
• Ensure a high standard of quality and service is delivered.
• Coach team on maximising booking revenue, such as suggesting additional product to both add to customers travel experience and increase overall booking size
• Lead the team of 6 in a dynamic and inspirational manner.
• Implement, co-ordinate, manage staffing levels.
• Work in partnership with staff from all functions
• Conceive new local business initiatives to drive enquiry levels

Team Leader – Skills & Experience required:

• Sound people management experience.
• Travel industry sales experience.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management.
• Team Player.
• Inspirational leader who engages employees to achieve results.
• Self-motivated and approaches work with a positive attitude.
• Excellent people management skills.
• Ability to create dynamic and high-performing teams.

Team Leader – Additional Information:

• Salary around £35K. Higher salary possible DOE.
• Additional benefits including pension and travel
