Trade Partnerships manager – North – Required for this luxury tour operator to cover the North of the UK. They are looking for an experience Partnerships Manager from the travel industry who ideally has worked for another luxury tour operator. Competitive salary, company car and other benefits;

Agency Partnership manager duties
-Working with the Sales and Programme Management team to develop and deliver their UK travel community strategy
-Build strong relationships with their key agents to maximise revenues through, but not limited to, marketing, delivering staff training and educational trips
-Work with their product and programme managers to develop compelling packages, tailored for the agent community to maximise volume and revenue
-Organise and host educational trips
-Attend appropriate industry events and forums
-Proved market feedback and intelligence to the executive and senior management team
-Act as an ambassador for company, providing exemplary customer service to our travel agents and their employees
-To act as the agents’ point of contact for escalation purposes
-Negotiate commission levels with agents in accordance with management guidance

Trade Partnership manager skills required
-Previous experience in a Trade Partnerships/ Account Management role within the travel industry, ideally for another luxury travel company
-Strong presentation skills
-Clear UK driving licence
