GCS Recruitment are searching for a Training Specialist to work with one of the leading retailers in Malta.
Responsibilities:
- Providing induction, product, sales and campaign training
- Developing and planning periodic training
- Identifying training requirements by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
- Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
- Liaising with the HR Manager regarding training and development initiatives
- Keeping abreast with industry requirements and suggesting appropriate methods of training
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in HR or a business-related subject
- Previous experience training a team would be preferred
- Experience in public speaking would be considered an asset
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of precision
- Organisational skills with great time management skills
- Great leadership and team working skills
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
