GCS Recruitment are searching for a Training Specialist to work with one of the leading retailers in Malta.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing induction, product, sales and campaign training
  • Developing and planning periodic training
  • Identifying training requirements by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translating requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Liaising with the HR Manager regarding training and development initiatives
  • Keeping abreast with industry requirements and suggesting appropriate methods of training

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent in HR or a business-related subject
  • Previous experience training a team would be preferred
  • Experience in public speaking would be considered an asset
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of precision
  • Organisational skills with great time management skills
  • Great leadership and team working skills
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
