Travel Administration Consultant – Required for an established travel company , who are looking for an Administration Consultant/Customer Amendments Consultant to join their expanding travel company based in the Altrincham area . They are looking for experienced Travel Administration Consultant /Customer Service Advisor or Travel Consultants from a retail or call centre background to amend and assist with booking changes to Worldwide destinations. They will pay up to £26,000 and the role will be working Monday-Friday 9-5.30 (occasional weekends will required)

Travel Administration Consultant duties:
* Amending and assisting with changes on existing bookings including flights, hotels, cruise, and transfers
*Working to strict deadlines and making sure changes are completed accurately
*Working collaboratively with other departments in the business and 3^rd party suppliers

Travel Administration Consultant skills required:
*Travel reservations and customer service experience is a must, either in a call centre or a retail shop
*Confident working within a busy , varied role
*Excellent communication skills
