This well established Cruise travel company are recruiting for several Call Centre Agents in join their team in Uxbridge. Paying £22K.

Travel Inbound Call Centre Agent, Responsibilities:
– Handling all inbound telephone enquires from both direct customer and travel agents.
– Selling worldwide cruise holidays over the phone
– Promote cruise product and services to generate revenue
– Assist clients with after-sales such as reservations changes, purchase of additional services and special requests
– Working to set targets.

Travel Inbound Call Centre Agent, Skills Required:
– Fluent English both written and spoken is essential
– Passionate about travel
– Excellent telephone manner
– Good geographical knowledge
– Previous experience within travel preferred but not essential

Additional Information:
– Paying £22K
– Full 4 weeks training provided
– Office based in Uxbridge
– Heavily discounted cruise holidays for friends and family
– Working hours Mon – Fri 9.15am – 6pm Mon – Fri, Sat 8.45am – 5.30pm, Sun 9.45am – 4pm, working a 5 day week and 4 weekend days a month.
– Open to full or part-time hours
