Travel Online Support Consultant – required for this expanding business travel company based in the Derby area. This is a great opportunity to work for an established corporate travel company, within their online support team . This role will be supporting clients with any online booking queries, offering advice and support over the phone and by email ,offering a high level of service. This role will be working Mon-Fri 9-5.30 and offers a salary of £21,255 and will be office based in Derby initially and then offers a hybrid opportunity, 3 days office and 2 days at home . Full training will be provided .

Travel Online Support Consultant duties
Actioning any online support queries into the team in regard to the booking tools and escalating any errors internally with other departments
Answering questions from users on how to use/navigate the system
Monitoring error reports and fixing the issues as they arise
Support colleagues and team manager in ensuring the highest level of service is offered at all time
Managing administration within the online products

Travel Online Support Consultant skills required
Experience working in travel or a customer service role
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work within a fast-paced varied role
Computer Literate
