Travel Sales Support Executive, Essex, Salary to £25k
This small travel company in Essex is looking for an enthusiastic Sale Support Executive. This role will have involvement in assisting the reservations team and back office operations.

Travel Sales Support Executive – Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to the reservations team
– Prepare travel receipts and itineraries
– Issue tickets through 3rd party suppliers and GDS
– Process confirmations, customer payments and refunds/cancellations
– Actively check the status of enquiries and bookings
– Data entry into internal databases and booking systems

Travel Sales Support Executive – Requirements:
– Previous travel industry experience is essential
– Experience within administration, operations or sales support
– Experience in using a GDS system an advantage
– Highly organised with a strong attention to detail
– Fantastic communication skills, including spoken and written English.
– Excellent IT skills with a high proficiency in Outlook/Word/Excel
– Excellent telephone manner

Travel Sales Support Executive – Additional Information:
– Office based
– Salary up to £25k depending on experience
– Monday to Friday 09.00 – 18.00
