Venue Sourcing Executive: This well established Business Travel company are recruiting in their M&E department for an experienced Venue Sourcing Executive. Homebased with occasional travel to Ireland or based in Ireland. Paying £37K – £39K

Venue Sourcing Executive, Responsibilities:

• Ensuring top level delivery of venue finding requirements for client accounts and to be a trusted advisor to all clients within this specialist area
• Forge and develop excellent relationships across all levels of the M&E business
• To co-ordinate and reserve meeting facilities negotiating on the clients behalf using agree rate caps and the companies preferred venues.

Venue Sourcing Executive, Skills Required:

• Previous venue sourcing experience is essential
• Flexible on background either within meetings, conferences, galas and so on.

Additional Information:

• Paying up to £39K
• Based in Ireland or homebased with occasional travel to Ireland
• Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30
