Le Méridien Saigon has unveiled its newly upgraded ballroom, designed to meet the growing demand for technologically advanced event spaces in Ho Chi Minh City. The transformation aims to provide a seamless experience for event planners by integrating all necessary technical equipment onsite, thus eliminating the need for external sourcing and reducing logistical complexities.

Overlooking the Saigon River and Ba Son Bridge, the modernised ballroom is tailored for high-impact corporate conferences and elegant weddings. Lars Kerfin, General Manager at Le Méridien Saigon, stated, "By eliminating the behind-the-scenes complexities, we are empowering event planners to create truly immersive, unforgettable moments right here on the Saigon River."

The ballroom boasts a dynamic visual display with a 12-metre LED screen composed of 10 movable panels, allowing for customised high-resolution configurations. Additionally, the venue features an immersive 360-degree audio system with built-in ceiling speakers and subwoofers, as well as an adaptive lighting system equipped with 28 moving beam lights and 28 PAR LED fixtures. These enhancements ensure that the ballroom can seamlessly transition between various event types, such as product launches, galas, and exhibitions.

Located in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, Le Méridien Saigon offers convenient access to iconic landmarks and is just 7 km from Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The hotel features 344 guestrooms, a fitness centre, an outdoor infinity pool, and a spa, making it a premier destination for both business and leisure travellers.
