Mirbeau Inn & Spa has unveiled its latest resort in Beacon, New York, marking a significant expansion into the Hudson Valley. This new addition to the Mirbeau portfolio revitalises the historic Tioronda Estate, offering a unique blend of French-inspired elegance and wellness experiences.
The resort, set on 64 acres, features a 19th-century mansion designed by Frederick Clarke Withers, with later additions by Richard Morris Hunt. The estate's grounds, crafted by landscape architect Henry Winthrop Sargent, provide a picturesque backdrop of rolling hills and ponds. The property includes 72 guest rooms and suites, combining historic charm with modern design.
Central to the resort is a 25,000-square-foot spa, offering a comprehensive wellness experience. Guests can enjoy facilities such as the Aqua Terrace, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, and a range of treatments, including facials and massages. The spa also boasts a retail space featuring premium skincare brands.
Pamela Sandoval, Spa Director, emphasised the personalised nature of the experience: “In Beacon, every detail of the spa from service to setting has been meticulously curated to feel entirely removed from the everyday.”
The resort's dining options reflect its French roots, with a menu crafted by local Chef Adam Slamon. Guests can dine in various settings, including the sunlit Bistro and the al fresco Terrace.
Mirbeau Inn & Spa Beacon aims to offer a luxurious escape, blending culture, relaxation, and refined hospitality, making it a premier destination for travellers seeking a restorative retreat
