The Nai Harn resort in Phuket has created the island’s first rooftop sushi and sashimi bar.

The new F&B outlet, Han-Sha, forms part of the resort’s Reflections rooftop lounge, which overlooks Nai Harn Bay and the Andaman Sea.

The new bar will showcase a range of Japanese seafood prepared on-site, including tuna, Hokkaido scallops, octopus, eel, king fish, surf clam, red snapper and shrimp, along with mixed sashimi platters, salmon, seaweed or sashimi salads, maki rolls and nigiri.

“Imported Japanese seafood dishes will appeal to our sophisticated guests and the many outside visitors we welcome daily at Reflections, especially as a delicious addition during our sunset happy hour,” said Frank Grassmann, general manager at the Nai Harn.

Han-Sha Sushi & Sashimi Bar is open five days a week from Friday to Tuesday, between 5.30 and 9.30pm.
