The partnership comes as luxury travellers increasingly seek personalised, experience-led stays, posing challenges for independent hotels to maintain their unique character whilst improving efficiency. RMS's platform will integrate reservations, operations, guest engagement, and payments, enabling hotels to streamline workflows and gain real-time business insights.

Kalindi Juneja, CEO of PoB Hotels, emphasised the importance of maintaining individuality, stating, “Luxury today is defined by relevance and authenticity, not standardisation. Our role is to ensure that each of our hotels can translate its distinct character into something guests can easily discover and engage with.”

The platform also allows hotels to offer additional services such as dining and spa treatments during the booking process, unlocking new revenue opportunities. Sandrine Zechbauer, CMO at RMS, highlighted the platform's role in connecting experiences with transactions, saying, “This partnership is about giving operators a single platform that simplifies the way they work, whilst helping them turn their unique offering into something guests can easily discover, book and engage with.”
