Royal Caribbean has announced the extension of Navigator of the Seas' Singapore season through October 2027, providing travellers with more opportunities to explore Southeast Asia. Starting in October 2026, the ship will offer year-round cruises ranging from two to five nights to popular destinations in Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, alongside a 12-night voyage from Tokyo to Singapore. Bookings open on 19 August.
The decision to extend the season reflects Royal Caribbean's confidence in Singapore as a premier cruise hub. Ben Bouldin, President of Greater China and Managing Director Asia, highlighted the benefits, stating, "Travellers can now enjoy a full year of adventures from one of Asia’s most ideal cruise gateways."
Navigator of the Seas offers a variety of experiences, from the Splashaway Bay kids' aquapark to thrilling activities like The Blaster waterslide and glow-in-the-dark laser tag. Guests can also unwind on the Caribbean-inspired pool deck or enjoy diverse dining options.
Chitra Rajesh Kumar, Director of Cruise at the Singapore Tourism Board, noted, "The extension is testament to Singapore's long-standing partnership with Royal Caribbean and offers visitors opportunities to discover Singapore's vibrant city experiences."
In addition to the Singapore season, Royal Caribbean is expanding its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, with three ships, including the newly amplified Ovation of the Seas, set to sail from Australia. Voyager of the Seas will also offer new adventures from Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo, coinciding with events like the Chinese New Year and Japan’s cherry blossom season. Bookings for these sailings begin on 26 August.
