SCALE UK is set to host its fourth annual event in Brighton on 9–10 June 2026, marking a UK industry first by dedicating the opening day entirely to artificial intelligence (AI). The conference aims to bring together professionals and industry leaders at a crucial time for the short-term rental sector.
The event will feature discussions on AI fundamentals, agentic AI, and scalable operating models, with exhibitors showcasing real-world AI applications for the holiday rental market. The second day will focus on the UK market, featuring sessions on key signals shaping the sector and the future of rental licensing. Notable speakers include Sally Henry of KeyData and Miro Gospodinov of myDataValue.
Damian Sheridan, Co-Founder and CEO at SCALE, stated, “AI is no longer a fun, futuristic idea, it’s central to short-term rental operations, management and marketing. We’re excited to bring innovative ideas to the UK market and inspire attendees to implement them in their own businesses.”
Exhibitors will present updates on new technology launches and market expansions. Highlights include Hospitable's new £0 property management software tier and PriceLabs' Revenue Accelerator, designed to enhance search visibility and bookings. KeyData will introduce Dex AI, an AI-powered Data Experience Engine, whilst Simply Owners celebrates its 10th anniversary with over 6,000 holiday rentals.
Registration remains open, with limited tickets available via the SCALE website. Press passes are also available for qualified media
