Frasers Hospitality lauded for ESG achievements in Australia

Frasers Property’s hotel management arm Frasers Hospitality announced that it has received a 1-star Green Star Performance (GSP) portfolio rating by the Green Building of Council of Australia (GBCA) for its owned portfolio in Australia.  This makes Fraser Hospitality the first GSP-rated hospitality portfolio in Australia. The company’s commitment to raising sustainability standards across its global portfolio is also further affirmed by its recognition as a Regional Sector Leader in the Asia/Hotel category and five-star rating in the recent GRESB 2024 assessment. Frasers Hospitality opens its first hotel residence in Northern Vietnam

Frasers Hospitality teams up with Club Rainbow for CSR initiatives

Frasers Hospitality partnered with children’s non-profit health organisation Club Rainbow on a sustained effort to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with chronic or life-threatening illnesses. Over its year-long engagement, Frasers Hospitality championed several initiatives in support of Club Rainbow and its beneficiaries, including a donation drive, fundraising walks, sponsorship of an arts mentorship programme, and the hosting of a craft workshop and movie screening event for the beneficiaries and their families. According to Frasers Hospitality chief executive Eu Chin Fen, social responsibility has long been a part of the company’s DNA as it recognises the significance of giving back to its host communities. Eu said: “Beyond providing financial support, we remain committed to channel time and resources to lead life-enriching initiatives in support of the children and their families. Frasers Hospitality gears up twin engines of growth for international expansion

Two-bedroom executive at Modena by Fraser Nansha Guangzhou   Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of Frasers Property, is fortifying its international expansion through collaborations with capital partners and third-party hotel operators that complement its operational excellence within the extended stay segment. This business transformation strengthens the position of Frasers Hospitality as an investor and operator of choice within the long-stay lodging segment. Frasers Hospitality clinches BREEAM In-Use Certifications for  European portfolio in alignment with ESG Goals

Frasers Hospitality, a strategic business unit of Frasers Property Limited (Group), reinforced its stewardship in responsible tourism with the recent award of  Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) In-Use  (BIU) certifications. The certifications, aimed at providing a clear and credible route map to  improving sustainability for existing buildings, were attained by its owned portfolio1in Europe, contributing positively towards the ESG goals set by the Group. Leading the Way with Green Building Certification   The eight properties that obtained the BIU certifications are located in Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom (UK) and include Capri by Fraser, Barcelona, Fraser Suites Glasgow,  Fraser Suites Edinburgh, Fraser Suites Kensington, London, Fraser Suites Queens Gate,  London, Fraser Place Canary Wharf, London, Park International Hotel, London and Fraser  Suites Hamburg. Two remaining owned properties in the European portfolio, Capri by Fraser,  Berlin, and Capri by Fraser, Frankfurt, are in the process of obtaining the BIU certifications this year. Conferred by prominent institutions such as the Travel Trade Gazette (TTG), World Travel Awards and TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, these recognition underscore Frasers Hospitality’s dedication to service excellence and exceptional guest experiences worldwide. The accolades include Frasers Hospitality’s impressive ninth consecutive win at the coveted TTG Travel Awards; 10 wins at the World Travel Awards; as well as 23 properties across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Middle East being recognised as TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice® with three properties awarded top accolades as Best of the Best in their cities. “We are honoured to receive these votes of confidence by our guests, business partners and the media. Notably, they were recognised as the Leading Serviced Apartment Brand in Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia, and Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang received Malaysia’s Leading Hotel Residences accolade for the second time within its second year of business. Fraser Residence Nankai, Osaka, secured Japan’s Leading Serviced Apartments, while Fraser Place Central Seoul, triumphed in the Leading Serviced Apartments category for South Korea. Of special mention is Frasers Hospitality’s consistent success as England’s Leading Serviced Apartment Brand, a title held since 2014. At the World Travel Awards Middle East, Africa & Indian Ocean Ceremony in Dubai on 15 October 2023, Fraser Suites Abuja was named Nigeria’s Leading Serviced Apartment for 2023, extending its winning streak from 2019 to 2022. Fraser Suites Diplomatic Area, Bahrain received the accolade for Bahrain’s Leading Services Apartment for the fifth time and Fraser Suites Muscat was recognised as Oman’s Leading Serviced Apartment for 2023, maintaining its remarkable performance from 2019 to 2022. Tripadvisor® 2023 Award Wins Across the Globe The Traveller’s Choice Award acknowledges consistent praise from travellers on TripAdvisor® and places winners among the top 10 percent of listings in each country. A total of 23 Frasers Hospitality properties across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East have earned these titles, with three properties securing the prestigious “Best of the Best” designation in their respective countries. These include Fraser Residence Nankai in Osaka (Top 16th Hotel in Japan), Fraser Place Robertson Walk in Singapore (Top 23rd Hotel in Singapore) and Fraser Suites Hanoi (Top 23rd Hotel in Vietnam).
