Singapore’s Trust Bank teamed up with Income Insurance Ltd for TravelShiok, a new travel insurance product exclusively for the bank’s customers.
The new TravelShiok product offers more than just standard travel coverage. Regular Trust Bank customers get coverage for any entertainment tickets to theme parks, concerts or sporting events booked using their Trust card in case they can’t go due to specified unforeseen circumstances.
Users also get purchase protection of up to S$3,000 for repairs if you accidentally damage items bought using a Trust card within 30 days and up to S$8,000 coverage for loss or damage to baggage, mobile devices and laptop computers.
Likewise, they also get higher coverage on benefits such as trip postponements, trip disruptions, loss of travel documents, overseas hospital allowance, rental vehicle excess cover and more.
