The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Centre is adding a different twist to its MICE offering.
The hotel is now offering a range of new and creative, art-inspired menus. The new menus, known as the ‘Artistry Collection’ were created by executive banquet chef, Manuel Caicedo, and executive pastry chef, Dragan Rucnov.
Three creative menus are designed for guests over and above the traditional ‘coffee break’ during a meeting or conference. The three menus include ‘Gallery’, where food and beverages are presented on easels and in frames in the style of an art gallery, ‘Canvas’, where the chefs decorate a giant canvas live in front of guests with an array of sweets, chocolates, mini desserts, cakes and candies, and finally ‘Texture’, where guests are offered an array of textures flavors and visuals including presentations on dry ice.
